PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Perform administrative duties related to the operations of the Energy Department, including Liquid Fuelds, Propane, Lubricants, and Retail Fuel.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Track product costs, and update and distribute product price sheets.

Monitor and distribute contract pricing and information.

Track and update pricing for retail fuel locations.

Act as administrator for Tankspotter.
Tankspotter is a service, safety, and compliance software program.

Assist in updating and maintaining the Energy Department customer information database.

Generate and run sales and compliance reports.

Responsible for billing bulk lubricant deliveries.

Assists customers with Energy Department related questions.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively deal with the public (both on the telephone and in person) in a pleasant, clear voice.

May be required to cross-train and substitute for other office administrative and accounting positions.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of secretarial/clerical support and office procedures, as would be acquired through up to one year of related experience.

Ability to use personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, and other office equipment.

Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Demonstrats planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
